I thought I'd make a post with tips and advice that we can all share as I think it would motivate me! These are mine:
•iv started putting cinnamon on a lot of my food as its quite sweet
•i drink a lot of tea ;)
•i try to eat my lunch as late as possible

You're off to a great star it seems, one thing I would recommend is the Advocare 24 day challenge. A coworker of mine lost 15 pounds immediately with this. It challenges you to eat correctly for 24 days. Versus eating fried chicken, it's baked, and instead of candy, it's fruit, and instead of coke it's water or spark. Even I have lost weight with these products, they are healthy products because my doctor recommended me. Check it out and feel free to ask questions.</p>
